To be completed by Colas Alterra Zrt., the investment was launched on January 22, 2010 with the ceremonious opening of the construction site, a press conference, and the signing of the contract. The development of the thermal bath will be realized in three phases. We have been selected in a public procurement procedure to perform phase I.

The project involves the construction of a new outdoor thermal-water pool having a surface of 242 m2 and designed to operate in the summer months only. Two stairways will lead into the pool with seating, massage, and spa benches to be spotted around the side walls and the small islands; the project will be complete with 20 spa beds and massaging neck-shower facilities.
