György was hired in 1997 by the Budapest branch office of the predecessor company, Egri Útépítő. He has been appointed chairman and CEO of the Hungarian Colas Group in March 2020.
Joined the Colas Group in 2012. Economist, chartered accountant, and holds an American MBA degree. Prior to Colas, he gained professional experience at an international accounting firm, a multinational industrial company, and in the construction sector. Throughout his career, he worked in the Central European and Middle Eastern regions, as well as Singapore.
Joined the Colas team in 2014. As price study director, he is also responsible for contract manager duties. In addition to working on the preparation of projects with his team, they are also involved in the implementation phase. Has been promoted to Group Tender Director in 2020.
Gyula Sántha graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University. After graduating from university, he worked as a clerk and then as a lawyer. He joined Colas in 2011 and has fulfiled the position of Legal Director since 2021. In addition to managing the legal organization, it is also responsible for overseeing compliance protection processes.
Graduated from Hungary’s National Defence University. He joined Colas in the summer of 2015 as the equipment manager of Alterra. He has been promoted to Group equipment director in 2019.
Has been filling the position of technology director since the spring of 2018, and he has been the chairman of the Hungarian Road and Rail Society since 2016. As a civil engineer, he takes a special liking to the road construction domain, and considers building quality and the continuous innovation of the sector exceptionally important.
He joined the group in 2013. He has a degree in environmental science and occupational safety engineering. As Director of IIR, he is responsible for the operation and development of corporate management systems (MIR, KIR, MEBIR, Factory Production Control, Energy Management) and for maintaining the certified status. Its Board of Directors is also responsible for supporting the BIM of the Group’s constructions, reducing the carbon footprint of corporate operations, and ensuring operations that harmonize with international sustainability principles.
