Colas Alterra Zrt. started working at the beginning of 2017 at Alsó-Tisza. The project includes four main tasks: a flood gate was built on the main canals of Dongér and Sámson-Apátfalva, and in addition, embankment development took place on the left bank of the Tisza and Hármas-Körös. In addition, planning, water law licensing, construction and other plans and studies were also prepared. The client was a consortium of the National Directorate General for Water Management and the Alsó-Tisza Region Water Directorate. During the embankment development of the left bank of the Tisza 620.000 cubic meters of earthworks took place in 5442 meters. In the vicinity of the flood gates in Dongér and Sámson-Apátfalva, embankment development was carried out at 100-100 meters, and pumping stations were built. The road was built on the left bank of the Hármas-Körös, 4.3 km away. During the earthworks 400.000 cubic meters of land were moved. The aim of the project is the development of flood protection in the Alsó-Tisza.
