We signed a contract on 17 July 2017 for structural building tasks and the closely related earthworks at a new residential estate under construction in Újbuda. The first stage of the Elite Park investment is under way, which covers a 6,000-square-metre underground parking garage, a so-called equipment floor, a ground floor, and nine residential floors with a total of 286 apartments – from single-room flats to penthouses.

We took over the job site gradually, as the drilled pile foundations, shoring, and large-quantity earthworks had been completed before the inclusion of Alterra into the project. We were trusted with constructing the building’s reinforced concrete frame and other smaller structures, performing the relatively small amount of related earthworks, as well as post-tensioning.
