With the cooperation of Colas Hungária Technology Directorate, Colas Út Zrt. was awarded a subsidy under the “Experimental road- and bridge construction” scheme to install a VALORCOL trial section. As for the location of the trial section, we proposed road 8403 in Veszprém County – more precisely, the section between chainages 26+530 and 27+030 km outside the village of Dáka.

In comparison with rolled hotmix, VALORCOL layers have a number of benefits, including a lower cost, energy efficiency, and the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
