The demonstration of a new pothole repair technology first took place on 6 April 2009 during the Tech Day organised by Colas Hungária’s Technology Directorate. During the pothole repair trial, guests were provided an insight into the technological steps of repairing the 3 most common faults that occur on degraded road surfaces: material replacement on a cracked surface with warm asphalt, with cold milled-up asphalt, and repair of a pothole using cold milled-up asphalt.
