On 13 November 2013, the foundation stone laying ceremony took place for the joint bypass section of the M30 motorway and main road 26. The event featured a speech by Pál Völner, the minister of state for infrastructure from the Ministry of National Development.

MP Katalin Csöbör and Dániel Loppert, the communication manager of the National Infrastructure Development Agency were also among the illustrious guests. The contactors were represented by Mihály Kocsi, the managing director of KÖTIVIÉP’B, György Zsiga, the CEO of Colas Út, and István Sokorai, the chairman-CEO of Colas Hungária.

The KCC-2013 Consortium (consortium leader: Kötiviép’B Kft.; consortium members: Colas Út Zrt. and Colas Hungária Zrt.) was awarded the 14-billion-forint construction job in a public procurement procedure.

The deadline for the works is 28 February 2015.
